- Identity: first and last name
- Contact: phone number, email address, city
- Request details: the tour you are interested in, number of people, room preference, your message and notes
- Transaction security: IP address, browser information, date and time of submission, consent record
3. Purposes
- Receiving your pre-registration and information requests and contacting you
- Carrying out tour booking and sales processes
- Answering your questions, suggestions and complaints
- Fulfilling obligations under travel agency legislation
- Ensuring information security, preventing misuse and using records as evidence in legal disputes
4. Legal Grounds
Your data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK: being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (c), compliance with a legal obligation (ç), the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (e), and our legitimate interests provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).
5. Method of Collection
Your data is collected electronically through the pre-registration and contact forms on our website, and when you contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
6. Transfers
If your booking is confirmed, your data may be shared, only as far as necessary, with business partners such as airlines, insurers and hotels, with authorised public authorities, and with our hosting provider.
Where Hajj and Umrah visa and accommodation procedures require a transfer abroad (Saudi Arabia), you will be informed separately under Article 9 of the KVKK and your explicit consent will be obtained where required. No data is transferred abroad at the pre-registration stage.
7. Retention
Your data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Form consent records are kept as evidence for potential disputes.
8. Your Rights under Article 11
- To learn whether your data is processed and to request information about it
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
- To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7
- To request that corrections and deletions be notified to third parties
- To object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis
- To claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing
